I also really like the necklace - it's shiny and quite detailed, and the shadows cast on her chest are very well-done.
The only thing I would critique - and I only say this because I know that you strive to make your work as perfect as possible - is that her right forearm looks a little... short, like it's not long enough. I think it's the highlights at the bottom of the arm that are doing it - the wrist looks a little funky as well. But foreshortening is very difficult, and in the long run, I think you pulled it off pretty well.
Impact gets a 5 because it looks like she's staring off the page and into my soul! You've captured the true spirit of this woman, and this is a very striking piece.
