I give you 4 for technique because quatrains are used pretty frequently and I like to see other forms of verse employed, but you did mix up the rhythm and syllable count, while keeping a steady pace. I like that.

You get a 5 for impact and vision because it's a very well-conveyed, powerful piece, and at this point in my life especially, it hits home on a very personal level for me.

You also get a 5 for originality. Most people have a hard time putting into words that irrational, illogical love toward someone else... a love that you know you shouldn't feel, but you do anyway, and you will never voluntarily stop. I've had such a difficult time explaining this to the people in my life. You've done a great job.
